Shipments and Returns

About your order and shipment...

We generally ship via Federal Express Ground, for both domestic and international orders. If warmer weather is anticipated, we may instead specify 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day delivery at the higher expedited delivery rate plus $6 handling which may also include insulated packaging or ice packs. Although we don't recommend it, you may however decline this option via special instruction on the order form. Canadian (and other foreign) shipments are subject to a $25.00 customs fee. If applicable, these additional shipping and delivery related charges may be added to the total order amount after the website shopping cart checkout.

Local delivery in the Monsey area is also usually available. (There is a $15.00 delivery fee for this service).
